📦 Do you accept returns?
Personalised items are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect due to our error.
Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging.
🧵 Can I cancel or change my order?
We accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have started and changes may not be possible — especially for personalised items.
✏️ What if I made a mistake in the spelling or personalisation?
Please carefully check all spelling, names, and details before placing your order.
We cannot refund or replace items with incorrect personalisation provided by the customer.
🍼 How do I personalise my item?
When viewing a product, use the personalisation box or dropdown options to provide your custom name, date, or text. Make sure it's exactly how you'd like it to appear!
🚚 How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 3–5 working days.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
During peak seasons (like Christmas), please allow extra time.
🎁 Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes! We do not include price information in the parcel.
You can add a gift message at checkout, and many of our items come beautifully packaged.
💌 What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email us at soulcraftedstudiouk@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

We’re a small, UK-based business creating handcrafted gifts from our studio.
We ship throughout the UK and to select international destinations.
