All personalised and made-to-order items areĀ non-refundableĀ andĀ non-returnableĀ unless they arrive damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Please ensure all custom details — such as names, dates, or spellings — are entered correctly at checkout. WeĀ cannot offer refunds or replacementsĀ for mistakes in the personalisation provided by the customer.

āŒĀ Returns Not Accepted On:

  • Personalised birthday cards
  • Embroidered baby blankets, towels, or keepsakes
  • Any item with custom text or design

āœ…Ā Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an error made by us, please email us atĀ soulcraftedstudiouk@gmail.comĀ withinĀ 7 days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product and packaging

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate, based on the evidence provided.

We gladly accept returns of non-personalised items, provided:

  • You contact us withinĀ 14 daysĀ of receiving your order
  • Items are unused and in their original packaging
  • Return postage is covered by the customer (unless the item is faulty)

Refunds will be issued once the item is returned and inspected.

🚫 Cancellations

We accept cancellationsĀ within 12 hoursĀ of placing your order.
After this time, your item may already be in production and cannot be changed or refunded.
