🧵 Personalised Items
All personalised and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect due to our error.
Please ensure all custom details — such as names, dates, or spellings — are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for mistakes in the personalisation provided by the customer.
❌ Returns Not Accepted On:
- Personalised birthday cards
- Embroidered baby blankets, towels, or keepsakes
- Any item with custom text or design
✅ Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an error made by us, please email us at soulcraftedstudiouk@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs of the product and packaging
We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate, based on the evidence provided.
🛍 Non-Personalised Products
We gladly accept returns of non-personalised items, provided:
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items are unused and in their original packaging
- Return postage is covered by the customer (unless the item is faulty)
Refunds will be issued once the item is returned and inspected.
🚫 Cancellations
We accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this time, your item may already be in production and cannot be changed or refunded.
